Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Labubu Doll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we have a simple and transparent refund policy, in accordance with current legislation.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with United Kingdom law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their complete packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

3. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

• The product must be new, unused, and unwashed.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• The product must not have been customized or made to order.
• The return must be made within 14 days after your withdrawal request.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Return Procedure

2. Carefully pack your item to avoid any damage during transit.
3. Ship your package to the return address provided by our customer service.
4. Keep the tracking number until receipt is confirmed.

5. Refund

Once the package is received and verified, we will process your refund within an average of 10 to 14 business days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
In case of a damaged product or one that does not comply with our return conditions, an explanatory email will be sent to you.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
• Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging.

After verification, we can offer you:

• a replacement of the product,
• or a full refund, according to your preference.

7. Undelivered or Lost Package

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

1. First check with your neighbors, relay points, or post office.
2. Contact our customer service within a maximum of 45 days after the expected delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the package is declared lost, Labubu Doll will proceed with a full refund or a reshipment of the product.

8. Package Refusal

In case of delivery refusal:

• The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, even if the initial shipping costs were free.
• The refund will take place after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
• If the package is lost on return and no tracking is provided, no refund can be issued.

9. Non-Refundable Products

For reasons of hygiene or personalization, certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Hygiene products or textiles already used or removed from their sealed packaging.
